Plain terms for how Calipzo works today, centered on the per-calendar access code and your Google Sheet staying the source of truth.
Plain-language summary
1.The access-code model
An access code unlocks connecting one Google Sheet/tab to one client review portal. Codes are valid for a set duration (Free is 30 days; paid packs are 90 days per calendar). The clock starts when you connect a sheet, not when the code is issued.
2.One access code, one calendar
An access code connects exactly one sheet/tab and cannot be moved to a different, unrelated sheet. The same sheet may be connected again later under a new code.
3.Google Sheet access
To save decisions back, you share your sheet with the Calipzo service account (calendar@calipzo-dev.iam.gserviceaccount.com) as Editor. Calipzo reads only the connected tab and writes back only approval/status, change requests, and remarks — matched to rows by your stable ID. You can remove its access at any time from your sheet's Share settings.
4.Email delivery
We use your email address to deliver your access code, resends, and share-link notifications through our email provider (Resend). Keep it accurate so codes reach you. We don't email your portal password.
5.Link previews
For article/website links you place in your sheet, Calipzo fetches public preview metadata to render a link card. It only requests public URLs, never bypasses a site's authentication or anti-bot protections, and shows a clean fallback when a site blocks previews.
6.Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content in your sheet, for sharing media appropriately so previews work, for who you send review links to, and for enabling password protection when a review is sensitive.
7.Acceptable use
Use Calipzo to review content you're authorized to manage. Don't use it to host unlawful material, misrepresent ownership of media, or attempt to abuse the free tier or resend limits.
8.Payments
There is no payment integration yet. Paid packs are described on the pricing page, but checkout is not connected; no charges are made and no card details are collected.
9.Availability and changes
This is an evolving staging product. We make no uptime or data-processing guarantees yet, and these terms may change as the product matures. We don't sell your data.
