Calipzo is designed so your Google Sheet stays the source of truth. Here's plainly what we read, what we write back, and the little data we collect to run access codes.

Plain-language summary

Written to be clear and accurate about how Calipzo works today. It’s a summary for transparency, not formal legal advice; a full agreement will be provided as the product matures.

1.What we read from your sheet

When you share a Google Sheet with the Calipzo service account (calendar@calipzo-dev.iam.gserviceaccount.com) as Editor, Calipzo reads the single tab you connect — the post fields ID, date, platform, caption, media/link, hashtags, CTA, status, and remarks. It reads only the tab you point it to, and nothing else in your Drive.

2.What we write back

Calipzo writes only your client's decisions back to the matching rows of your sheet: approval/status, change requests, and remarks. It matches rows by your stable ID, never by position, and never changes your captions or media. Your sheet remains the system of record — Calipzo does not replace it.

3.Media and link previews

Media is referenced by the link in your sheet and rendered for preview — files are never copied or hosted by Calipzo. For article/website URLs, Calipzo fetches public Open Graph/Twitter metadata (title, description, preview image) to build a link-preview card. These fetches are server-side, are limited to public addresses, never send your credentials, and are not used to bypass any site's access controls. If a site blocks previews, you get a clean 'open link' card instead.

4.Access codes and email

Access codes are stored hashed, with a masked suffix for display only. When you request a code (Free tier) or one is issued to you, we collect the email address you provide so we can deliver the code and share-link notifications via our email provider (Resend). We use that email only to send you your code, resends, and portal notifications.

5.Share links

Client review links are long, random, and unlisted — we don't publish or index them. Anyone who has the link can open the portal unless you enable password protection, which we recommend for sensitive work. Clients need no account, and we don't collect client personal data beyond what's needed to record a decision on a post.

6.Payments

Paid packs are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. Card details are entered on Lemon Squeezy's own hosted checkout and never reach Calipzo; we do not collect, process, or store card data. After a successful payment, Lemon Squeezy notifies us of the order and the email address you used at checkout, and we use that address to send your access codes.

7.We don't sell your data

Calipzo does not sell your data or your clients' data, and does not share it with advertisers. Access-code administration exposes only status and binding metadata — never your post content.
